Like many others, my Netflix account via Virgin Media has been hacked. The language has been sent to Spanish, and the password and email address changed so I cannot access the account. I have contacted Netflix and they are unable to help without a service code which I do not have, and have redirected me to Virgin media who have also been unable to resolve this issue for me.
Given how widespread this issue seems to be based on these forums it is beyond frustrating that both parties are unable to provide a swift resolution here given that I have been unable to access my Netflix account since 24th September and I am paying £17.99 a month for a subscription service that I can't use.
