I signed in to my Netflix app on my Virgin Media box tonight and it is all in Spanish language with a unrecognised email.
can someone from the virgin media team contact me please?

Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the change in language on the Netflix account.
Can you please confirm if you've been able to change this back to your chosen language and altered the password of this account to something more personal and unique?

I'm pretty sure this another Spanish Netflix hack as per the title of the post and not some bizarre user misadventure with the language and password settings.
