I have recently switched to a VM package that has Netflix as part of it. I currently had Netflix but I am struggling how to get logged in on the VM Netflix. Every time I log into Netflix it's on my current account. At time of upgrading my VM package they said I would receive an email with instructions but no email has been received. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated?

Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.
When did you switch to the package that includes Netflix please?
It can take up to 14 days for the email to come through. Please also check any junk folders.
If you're already an existing Netflix customer, you won't need to cancel your current Netflix account.
It is important you use the same email address that your current Netflix account is registered with during the activation process. Your Netflix account will then transfer over automatically for you, with your profiles, watchlist and viewing history intact :).
If it's been over 14 days, please pop back to us and we can take a closer look.

Hi Vikki, I only changed my package this Monday 16th Sept. I will give it the 14 days to see if I get the email.
