Hi,
I took out a new contract with the free hisense tv. Received an email stating my contract comes with a free gift and to expect it within 42 days of activation. It's been double that and no free gift or any communication regarding a delay.
This is really poor as I took a second virgin box out and have no tv to use it on.
Please look into this and sort it out.
