Move external broadband cable and box

Hi guys,

I am having building work done on the front of my house and the builders will be knocking down the wall where my broadband box is currently located.

How do I arrange for someone to come out and move the cable/box to another location?

£25 charge. VM Staff likely to be along to book a technician visit. VM will supply up to 3M of coax cable for free if that would help move it further out of the way?
