Mixit TV Personal Picks not available

Just spoke to VM customer service about changing my TV package.   Last year VM moved us onto the "MAXIT" package, but we are paying for lots of channels we never watch.

The guy on the phone was unusually helpful.    First he checked how to change us from Maxit to Mixit - no problem apparently.

Next we wnt through the channel numbers I wanted as Personal Picks.  He entered them, and then found the VM IT system would not allow him to add the channels ???    So it seems the package tools used by VM customer service are quite broken.

He agreed that is should be possible, especially as the packages are listed on VM website, including the latest June 2024 channel list.   June 2024 channel List
