HELP! CONFUSED SENIOR PERSON here

Ok I have a new PC today and i am at all at sea with my e mail account and password!!

 

I was asked to change e mail acct???? and I input [MOD EDIT: Email address removed] anyway e mail address, which all my e mails go to is [MOD EDIT: Email address removed]

WHen i signed in to what I thought was blueyonder acct t wasn't but virginmedia and there were 150 e mails to virgin media acct. How can I get my blueyonder e mail address back, where all my personal e mails etc are residing.

    Was it this screen that asked that?

    If so, it’s asking you to change “your sign in email address” – which means the username you enter to sign into your Blueyonder email account, not the email account itself.

    Note also that it says that new "sign in" address must be an email account that was not supplied by Virgin Media.

    However I have just checked the earlier posts you made on this forum and one of your earlier posts suggests that you may already have done that for your Blueyonder email account .

    If the “sign in” address for your Blueyonder email account has been changed to a Gmail address then to sign into your Blueyonder email account you need to click on this link  https://mail2.virginmedia.com/  then enter your Gmail address and, when prompted, enter the password you use for that Blueyonder account.

    Thanks for the reply..........................I am so confused presently, just everything spinning lol....I might just ring virgin help and maybe they can sort out so that i get my blueyonder e mail addy sorted
