Contract Renewal Confusion

My 18 month contract was due to renew in November 25. Under the existing contract I am paying £117.96 per month which is due to increase to £147.96 at contract end.

I received an email from VM earlier this month saying as my contract was due for renewal soon a deal for a new 24 month contract was available with no change to or reduction in services. The new deal summary sheet had an initial monthly cost of £115.13, increasing to £118.63 in April 26, £122.13 in April 27 and to £160.80 at contract end in July 27. It listed all the services I currently have and I was happy with this so returned the acceptance form.

However on 25 July I received an email saying "all sorted" but quoting an initial monthly cost of £109.29 (not £115.13) and the attached contract said the initial monthly charge will be £0.00 increasing to £0.00 in July 2027!

To say I am confused is an understatement!!

I had hoped this new system of sending contract renewal email offers as the contract end neared would be a big improvement on the old 18 monthly  pantomime of having to phone and negotiate a renewal but maybe not.

Can anyone confirm what my renewal terms actually are please as everything received from VM so far is contradictory.
