Hi, I am a new customer and I signed up for the broadband through MSE for the £100 bill credit. Nothing showed up when I went through the pages and looking online I can see that other people received the deal (in varying amounts) so not sure why it doesn't show for me.
Can it added on retrospectively or do I need to cancel and reapply?

Sorry to hear of the issues faced when trying to obtain the credit due from MSE - which I'm assuming is Money Saving Expert..
Have you potentially contacted them directly in relation to the missing credit?

Good luck @Twiz25, I was in the same boat and signed up via MSE link, now being told the credit won’t be applied and to raise it with MSE…
