MSE £100 credit deal

Hi, I am a new customer and I signed up for the broadband through MSE for the £100 bill credit. Nothing showed up when I went through the pages and looking online I can see that other people received...

Sorry to hear of the issues faced when trying to obtain the credit due from MSE - which I'm assuming is Money Saving Expert..

Have you potentially contacted them directly in relation to the missing credit?
