The user has recently changed the email they use as username, but has not yet verified it. They won't be able to update their password until the change has been verified.
I get the above message after my password for my virgin media account failed and I requested to reset my password, received an email and clicked reset my password. I don't see any way to verify my username. So I'm stuck. How do I resolve this?

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
