Account number doesn't match logon
I was a VM customer some 4-5 months ago.
Moved out the area beyond VM availability and have now moved back.
Got connected up yesterday but the virgin media app and webpage login both have my old details, as in address, says I don't have a package, old statements.
I noted on the welcome pack the engineer gave me the Account number written on the back is different.
Who/How do I get to update it my login so it links to my new account?
