Everytime I try login to I get the password wrong

I done reset password but the reset link never comes through 

I know I'm using the right email address because I've logged into credit agreement and it shows the same email

Can someone private message me please

Just to clarify for us please, are you trying to log into your online My Virgin Media account?

Please check any junk folders for the reset email as these can sometimes go there.
