I have received a Black Friday offer to renew my contract for 18months and would like to take up this offer but unfortunately this is missing the additional TV Box that I have. Is this just an admin error? If so could the offer letter be amended please? It has always been listed on my Virgin contracts.
Hope that this can be resolved quickly.
