My contract with Virgin Media comes to an end, and I'd like to return the Hub to Virgin Media. As I have moved out and don't have access to my previous address, the only option for me is returning it through collect plus.
Is it free of charge to return virgin media equipment through collect plus?

Hi @YorkShen
Did you give VM your new address details?
Have you received your Final Bill yet? VM don't usually send out the returns packaging until around 10 days after that.
Also, what equipment do you have as not all equipment needs returning? You can check < here >
You can request returns packaging using the link on the above page, or directly via the following link
/virgin-media-return-or-recycle-equipment/request-returns-pack
If you have a printer you can print out your own label and return the equipment in your own packaging.
I hope this link helps https://www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk/virgin
After clicking Create a new label. you will be prompted for your email address. Once you receive the email you will be able to print out a returns label which includes a barcode. You can then parcel up your equipment and drop it off at the nearest Collect + store. make sure you receive a tracking receipt and keep it safe.
** Use either or both of the following links to find your nearest store (they have different shops listed)

Hey YorkShen,
Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
Yes returning your equipment via any collect plus store is free of charge.
Kind Regards,

Just to be clear on this point, when you wrote “My contract with Virgin Media comes to an end” did you give Virgin Media 30 days of your decision to cancel?
FYI as far as I know Virgin Media contracts have a minimum period after which they become 30 day rolling contracts, i.e. the contract does not automatically terminate after the minimum period.

I had contacted the customer service of Virgin Media and cancelled the contract 1 month ago.
