Incorrect billing

Tuning in

I have noticed that I am being charged £49 this month whereas I usually pay £30. I have one month left on my contract. I am planning on leaving anyway but I would like to know why I am being charged an extra £19. I have tried a WhatsApp message but it keeps taking me to the wrong options and then will not let me go back to the previous menu. It's ridiculous! I just want an explanation!
