I've just started a new contract with Virgin Media and have included a 2nd box and Sky Sports and TNT Sports but I'm only getting Sky sports on my main TV and TNT Sports on my 2nd box. How can this be rectified. I have tried calling but they were unable to s9lve my problem!! Please help!!

What are these devices that you're having issues with - are they set-top boxes? Or mobile devices using the TV Go app?
And if they're set-top-boxes, which one? TiVo, V6 or TV360? https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box
