I haven’t received my free LG TV gift

I haven’t received my free LG TV and it’s more than 55 days now. When I reached out to customer care in the first month he mentioned I will receive it in 28 + 14 days. 

And also I had received following message at the time of account activation.

‘Great news! Your new Virgin Media package includes a FREE GIFT. It'll be sent out once your services have been up and running for 28 days.’

I have raised a complaint and resolution team responded that there is no info in the account and they will resolve the issue within 72 hours. But now I haven’t received any info for more than 2 weeks.

The offer was one of the reason I installed Virgin services and hope to get this resolved soon.

When did you last speak to the team in regards to the TV? Did they advise of the next steps and offer any timeframes for these to be completed and the TV sent or received?
