I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHEN MY CURRENT CONTRACT ENDS!!! IS THAT SO MUCH TO ASK?!
Dreadful website and service! I just go round and round in an endless loop! I’m trying to find out when my current contract comes to and end and, perhaps, renew it and all I get, when I click on the (apparently) relevant links (i.e. the “Renew your contract” button) is a page that states, “Oops! Something went wrong”. I’ve tried approaching this from multiple angles on many different days, now, and always the same! I recently suffered a bereavement – the death of my brother – and I DON’T NEED THIS **bleep**!!! How can the website of a major company such as Virgin Media be this bad (unless it is deliberate). I am seriously considering contacting Trading Standards about this because I honestly believe VM are deliberately obfuscating and blocking my attempts to manage my account. It could/should be so simple! The fact that it isn’you makes me suspicious. I’m so tired and fed up and stressed! Why?!?!?!
