Dreadful website and service! I just go round and round in an endless loop! I’m trying to find out when my current contract comes to and end and, perhaps, renew it and all I get, when I click on the (apparently) relevant links (i.e. the “Renew your contract” button) is a page that states, “Oops! Something went wrong”. I’ve tried approaching this from multiple angles on many different days, now, and always the same! I recently suffered a bereavement – the death of my brother – and I DON’T NEED THIS **bleep**!!! How can the website of a major company such as Virgin Media be this bad (unless it is deliberate). I am seriously considering contacting Trading Standards about this because I honestly believe VM are deliberately obfuscating and blocking my attempts to manage my account. It could/should be so simple! The fact that it isn’you makes me suspicious. I’m so tired and fed up and stressed! Why?!?!?!

sorry i can't help but you are not alone, Virgin HATES their customers and once they trap you in their web of lies it's almost impossible to get support or leave.
fyi when they bother to enable the chat it's the ONLY way you can actually get to speak to someone...be aware all your data is stored in Liveperson servers in Tel Aviv so make sure you love genocide....
