I signed up and received an order summary and pre-contract documents.I haven't received any update or tracking information or parcel with a router in it. I would like to know what's going on, and get my broadband up and running.

You should call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
(It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the contract change you're having.
When changing the contract online via our renewals process - it can take up to 2 weeks.
Is this a renewal or a new order?

It’s a new order
