Forced into 18 month contract after moving house

Hi, I recently moved house in early december and wanted to keep my current package and broadband equipment. Contract ends at the very end of december and wanted it to just move onto monthly rolling after my house move didn't want to add more stress onto a house move. However I recently noticed I was actually put on a new 18 month contract without my consent.

Just had a 2 hour web chat that went now where. Didn't answer why I was put on a new contract and had no solution.

Any advice on what I can do here to try cancel the contract, or Am I just forced to accept a contract that I didn't agree to or pay the early disconnect if I want to leave.

Thanks

  • Hi ro777hi

    Welcome to the community forums

Sorry to hear that you've been placed on a contract without your knowledge.

Just to confirm, did you make any changes to the named account holder at all?
