Move home - Forced on new contract

Hello,

I am in the penultimate month of my contract which is £29pm and I have moved home. shortly after requesting the move I received emails about a first bill would be £125 and bills after would be £54pm. It looks like I have been put on a new contract without my consent. All I wanted to do was move home…
