If I log into the VM portal, on the home page I get a option: "Your contract has expired: explore you renewal deal"
Clicking on this ALWAYS results in

Welcome back to our community forums and sorry to hear you are having issues when trying to access online deals available to you as you are out of contract. We can understand the frustration caused. How long have you been getting this error? Have you also tried the following link? https://www.virginmedia.com/existing-customer-deals If so, do you get the same error?
