Ending Contract - bereavement

Hi,

A family member who lived alone has recently passed away and has a TV & Broadband contract with Virgin Media, we now need to end this contract as soon as possible. Does anyone know the quickest and easiest way of doing this?

You can also contact our bereavement team directly on 0800 952 2302. They're available 8:00am – 4:30pm from Monday to Friday and are closed over the weekend.
