Hi.

Just put in 30 day notice to cancel a big bundle deal after 18 months.With TNT sports.Was paying £39.99 initially, went up to £42.43 after April increase. The roll on deal was about £91 which is way to much.Rang up, spoke to helpful people to be fair, said best that could be done was £51..Bearing in mind that new customer Big Bundle same package (no TNT which is ok), weekend landline calls inc. is £33.. know people will say you had the benefit of new customer deal etc..., but i thought they would have kind of met me half way around £45 to keep the custom..This is for my mum who's a pensioner .Shame because TBF, been very happy with the package..Not sure if right forum, just wanted to reach out.Cheers.

You may well get a retentions call soon with a better deal assuming you have marketing enabled.
