Ebilling

Hello

I cannot swap to ebilling.  Any instructions I try to follow lead to a dead end / the wrong page.

    Welcome to the community forums. 

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with setting up e-billing. When signing into your online account, either by the app or through a web browser follow the steps here: 

    •    Click on the Settings tile.

    •    Click on Account Details.

    •    Scroll to Communication Preference and click Edit.

    •    Select "eBills, email, text" from the dropdown menu.

    •    Click Update.

     

    Please let us know at what point these steps fail or is different and we can investigate this further.

      If I click on the tile My Virgin Media account details, it takes me to this page, where there is no mention of communication preference.

        Apologies they have relocated the E-Billing section, you will find it under Help & Support >Billing & Payments > Sin up to E-Billing.

  • Yes and when clicking on this it gives instructions to go to My Profile at the top of the page.  There is nothing called this at the top of the page

      Okay thank you for this steve405 We'll get this looked into internally. In the meantime let's look into yours personally and see if we can get you set up. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
