Ebilling

I'm really struggling to change to ebilling. I've logged in, gone to the ebilling setting on  help, and it takes me to one off payment. Looked on here and followed the instructions. No where can I see ebilling. Then trying to contact someone, I got a qr code to WhatsApp which just asked me the same questions as the help bot. If I'd know it was so difficult to do simple tasks and to speak to someone I wouldn't have used a different company.

  • Same as other people on this thread, I can't switch to ebilling. Been through all the links and help files posted in this thread, on virgin media, even asking a chatbot which was no use. Please can anyone help to get this set up for me?
