Ebilling
I'm really struggling to change to ebilling. I've logged in, gone to the ebilling setting on help, and it takes me to one off payment. Looked on here and followed the instructions. No where can I see ebilling. Then trying to contact someone, I got a qr code to WhatsApp which just asked me the same questions as the help bot. If I'd know it was so difficult to do simple tasks and to speak to someone I wouldn't have used a different company.
