Like everyone else, I have been switched to paper bills without my consent and the instructions to switch back to ebilling aren’t accurate and no matter how much I try its not there or doesn't work as described. Can someone please switch my account back to ebilling?
Also please refund the fees that already been charged as I didn't consent for postal billing and please stop this uncalled for activities in the future...thanks

The only way to switch this is via yourself we wouldn't do it randomly.
