My contract isn't due for renewal until the end of Feb 2025 but I have received a few emais with a renewal offer. Having reviewed the offer I had a couple of questions e.g. there is no mention of the 2nd box or Netflix in the offer. I phoned support and they firstly said it was too early for an offer and it might be a scam. They have nothing on their systems regarding this offer. After noting that the email address looked genuine she advised that I should click through and accept the offer!! This is confusing as I have a couple of enquiries but don't know who to ask? Has anybody else had this problem?

It would seem that messaging the community is similar to getting information from Virgin on the phone................nothing

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
