EBilling - can you switch me to it please

Can you please switch me over to ebilling only.

I've checked all previous posts to seek where to do this online (my profile etc) but no joy

        Hi, I am having a similar problem.

        Tried to follow the online instructions to move to eBilling but they don't seem to match my profile. I have tried both on the app and online and no luck. 

        Here are the online instructions:

        1. Register or sign into My Virgin Media.
        2. Click My Profile at the top of the page.
        3. Scroll down to the eBilling section and click Switch to eBilling.
        4. Follow the instructions on-screen.

        I don't have a 'my profile' option on either homepages. Please help.
