Hi, sorry but this is another post about being unable to find the link to select e-billing. 2 bills and 2 admin charges later. I have spoken over the phone and recieved instructions. Log on, your profile, communication preference...........But I can not even find "my profile". Please help, it is ruining my Virgin experience!
