I'm unable to switch on e-billing so continue to receive paper bills and am being charged for them. The instructions of how to do this aren't correct and I can see from this forum that I'm not alone in this being an issue!

I am having the same issue! Another forum implies that perhaps they're doing this deliberately to charge customers more... But yes the instructions aren't correct on the website and this seems to have been issue for months without it being resolved...
