I'm honestly grinding my teeth here. I've just spent 15 minutes going around in circles trying to enable e-billing.
The instructions HERE do NOT work, they take you to a page that does not have the described option.
How can I enable e-billing, here, today?

Thanks for reaching out to us, apologies for the Issues you are having with activating E-Billing, so that we can assist you we need to drop you a private message. Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your screen or If you are using a Mobile device It will be under the little person Icon in the same location.
