I mistakenly deleted my direct debt I want to reset but failing as the page seem not to be working, please help I want to make a payment.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the payment and direct debit that you are having.
Have you tried to change this via the MyVM app itself or the webpage

You can also try to ring our customer services team on 0345 454 1111 and our team can take a payment and also set up a direct debit.
