Did not get £50 referral reward

I signed up to Virgin 3 months ago using a referral link that my friend provided me, I signed up to my current package via that link online using the referral details they provided to me. They are currently a Virgin Media customer as well and have been for many years.

However after 3 months neither of us have recieved our £50 referral reward. Can this be looked into please?

Sorry to hear you and your friend have not yet received your referral. We want to do our best to help from here. Just to confirm, have you both tried logging into the referral account for updates? Also, can you confirm that your service has been up and running for 60 days?

Hi, I've logged into my referral account but it's only telling me what I can refer other people for the reward for. I was given the link/code by my friend and used that when I signed up via the referral service. They've logged in as well and say they can't see any money.

My account has been up and running since the 8th of April so over 3 months at this point.
