Missing 1x referral reward
Hi,
I have tried resolving this with Virgin's partner Aklamio but to no avail.
Aklamio have confirmed the reward for my friend but are saying I am ineligible because the reward went to a rewards account I deleted a while back.
They said because that account is deleted they can't do anything. Just seems to make no sense as I never received any email confirmation of the reward either.
Is there anything Virgin can do to help?

Sorry to hear of the sign-up benefits issue experienced, we understand the frustration and appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.
From what you have advised, Aklamio have said the reward is due from them which means there is nothing we can do to assist with this further via Virgin Media. We would recommend chasing this with Aklamio though given they have agreed they are responsible for issuing the reward/benefit and follow their complaints procedure.
