Hi my brown box is damaged outside. We think it maybe storm damage or vandalism. Who do we contact to repair it as The internet is regularly dropping out.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Hi Issywissywoo2,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to see that the external omni box has had better days and is looking a little worse for wear. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to confirm we're booking the visit to the right address.

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

Thanks,

Hi we have the same problem. Not currently Virgin customers, the brown box on the outside of our house has been vandalised. Noticed the same has happened to our neighbours with wires exposed.
