Hi

how do I find my customer number? All my emails have been lost.

If you haven't kept copies of your monthly bills then the easiest way is to log into your My Virgin Media account and click on Account Settings.

Thanks. I cant log in. My email account has locked me out. How can I put in a new email address to my virgin account? Even though I won’t be able to access my old email address now to reset a password etc

Even though your email mailbox has been locked you should still be able to log into the My Virgin media account.  What error message do you get when you try?

You are probably going to need help from the VM Forum Team staff with this one.

Look out for a response from them here in due course.

Thank you for your posts and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

I'm sorry to hear you're struggling to find your customer number. May I ask what you need it for? If you have access to any previous bills or communications regarding the bundle then it'll be included there.

Can you also clarify what you mean when you say that you're unable to access your My Virgin Media online account? What happens when you try? This would be different to an email account.

If you pay by direct debit then check your bank statement.  Against your VM direct debit transaction there should be a 12 digit reference number, the first 9 digits of which will be your VM account number.

It just says we’ve stopped your account can’t be accessed we’ve stopped it. 
okay thank you. I’ll wait for them to get in touch. Will it be through here?

I need it to access my account. Check on the bills etc.  I don’t have access to any of it. My email address where my statement came too has been closed. 
 When I register/ log in it keeps telling me the account can’t be found. 

 

In this case, to best help with this issue, I am sending a private message. Please keep an eye out for an envelope at the top right corner of your Forum page. Let me know if you have any issues locating this.
