AFAIK the VM forum team is UK based. If DMs are beneath you then call the usual number but select the "thinking of leaving us" option (1,4,4 I think).

Phone traffic goes to an automated allocation system that routes traffic to the next available agent, be they offshore or UK. So the best time to try is around 8am weekdays when the UK call centres go live. There is now no guarantee that retentions calls will be routed to UK only as they used to be.

If there was a specific number for UK-agents, it would become pretty popular quite quickly, and VM would be very likely to either close it down just as quick.

We do not have a specific number to call UK based agents. There is not a number that we have that is direct to UK based agents. All our customer service agents will be able to assist with query and direct you to the correct department if your query is handled by a dedicated department.
We'll be more than happy to assist with your concerns here if you wish, however as we have advised, there is no number that is direct to UK based agents.

Hello u4ria79.
As other posters have pointed out, it is unlikely that such a number is operational in 2025.
I encourage you to reconsider the option of seeking support via these forums.
Of course, it will, most likely, involve a greater degree of self-learning and time investment, as opposed to calling in and requesting a fix for a particular issue.
Generally speaking, I recommended minimising (if possible) VM call-centre interactions, the experience of which, and the results of which, can both be inconsistent.
Instead, I would recommend setting out your problem in a respectful and concise way (albeit, with any necessary details included) on these forums, following the suggested advice, and then engaging with VM forum colleagues (who are UK based) via private messaging after (or if) one reaches out to you.
Do not rule-out the usefulness of private messaging, once (or if) the opportunity for that comes into play.
