Contract renewed - no TNT sport

When logging on to my account it asked me to renew my contact, I looked at the offer and it said I wouldn't lose any of my package if I signed up so I did, when I went on to watch tnt sports I can no longer access it, I tried to contact virgin but can't get anyone online. Can't find an email address to contact or telephone, I just want my package that I was promised. I have fourteen days to cancel so I will if this is the case but can't contact any one can someone help please

Did you keep any screenshots or records of the offer you accepted? There is no email address for VM, but staff will often respond on these forums if you can provide the required details.

One significant detail with TNT Sports is that the channels are no longer inclusive on any package, and will be chargeable premium extras on any new contract. Was this accounted for, in your new offer?

Thank you for the info, yes I have screen shots of what was offered and accepted so hopefully that helps plus I can still click on the offer they sent and it still says no changes to my package
