Hi,
My 18-month contract just ran out in August. I was offered the same deal with no changes for £96.76. I took the deal. I then received two emails confirming contract, then another email a day later stating that I had made changes to the contract by removing TNT sports, Netflix and Sky entertainment and cinema ultra HD, and the price now would be £83.76. I never asked for these changes. I understand that TNT Sports has been removed from the Maxit TV bundle and is now and extra £18. So I've spent the best part of 3 weeks trying to sort this on the live chat feature, where I was told it would be sorted in 72hrs. With no reply after a week I rang customer service to be told I had no contract and the order ref number wasn't found. I was then told it would be £138 per month for the same deal as before, which is a joke. The thing is when I log on to my Virgin media account it says my contract has ran out and when I go to renew and keep same contract it shows TNT Sports and Sky Movies for £66.76.
Please help.
