Hi. My contract renewal quote states I will keep my current plan without losing anything. Upon clicking the initial accept deal button there is no mention of TNT sports. Do I take it that I will lose it? If so the the offer is very misleading and false. I did not confirm the offer but I have still been emailed a pre contract information sheet? Does that mean I have unwittingly accepted it? Why is everything so complicated
Cheers, Martin

Everything is so complicated because Virgin Media Ltd is an utter and unmitigated shambles.
You were told you would not lose anything. If you still have evidence of this undertaking that you can share with the VM forum team then you should keep TNT Sports.
Please keep the thread updated.

TNT sports is no longer part of the package, it's now an add on which you will have to pay for. When virgin say you will have the same package, TNT isn't included in the package. You might be able to negotiate a good price for it though.

Hey @concallum Thanks for reaching out to us on the Virgin Media forums. 👋🏼
I'm sorry for the complication you're having in relation to the TNT Sports.
It is indeed an add-on and no longer included within the initial services.
Do you have any record of the conversation with the agent who said it will be the same service?
Let us know and we can assist further.
Kind regards,
Ilyas.

Then they have lied and you have them under contract law. Take them to the regulator then the courts. Have fun doing it too 🙂
