Contract renewal

Hi Forum Team,

Renewed contract keeping everything the same using the link in My Virgin Media on the 15th of June and received the Pre-Contract Documents and Your Virgin Media order emails but since then nothing, and nothing has appeared in My Virgin Media Orders and Appointments either.

Netflix is also now showing as an add-on on the Contract Summary Sheet where it was previously included.

Some help would be appreciated.
