I recieved an email 3rd May regarding my co tract ending and that I have an exclusive offer to recontract. I read through the new offer and decided to accept it. I recieved 2 more emails one with the order number and one saying nearly there. I've heard nothing since..Today I recieved yet another email but this time it was a reminder about my exclusive offer to recintract but I've already accepted the new contact on the 3rd of May. Does it take longer to process when ordered online? Thanks in advance

I'm in the same situation - I currently have a V6 box but the new contract (which I haven't accepted yet) states TV360. Does that mean I'll be forced to change the box? I want to keep the V6. Mind you, it also states 'Broadband installation' and of course I already have it.
Thanks.

Hi @PaulH2011
Welcome back to the community forums.
Thanks for getting in touch If your contract states TV360, then this would mean your V6 would have it's software migrated to the TV360 interface and software. This isn't a new set top box as this would happen remotely through a software migration and only a new remote would be sent. If you prefer to stick with your V6 for now, then I'd recommend not agreeing to the new contract and calling to team directly to see what available deals they have on packages with V6 set top boxes. You can speak with the team on 150 from a Virgin land line or 0345 454 1111 from any other line. Alternatively you can WhatsApp our support team on 07305 327 112 . Please bear in mind the response will not be instant, but our team will get back to you

Can't find anything to click to say it was a helpful answer - which it was, although I'm sure I recall seeing something like that before. Have clicked 'kudos', thanks.
