Have received email from VM following phone discussions regarding renewing contract for reduced price.Date for expected activation date has passed and order number is not showing on my VM account even though order date confirmed in email was more than 24 hours ago.
Now received bill showing amount due for next month with the old end of previous contract price increase and no mention of new monthly lower cost. What is happening? Can someone please sort this out.
Have already lost 2 hours 30 minutes of my time on WhatsApp trying to confirm there wouldn’t be increase to my new monthly rate until April next year. New contract details seem to somewhere in the clouds and VM are going to activate the order.
Help please !!
