I called virgin and renewed my contract on 29th March and received the pre-contract email on the same day but received no further correspondence and I don't know what's happening. This is the second time that I've been through this process and I'm getting more frustrated with the appalling service from virgin media. I've been a customer for 15+ years and seriously considering cancelling my contract and going elsewhere.

You’re one of many. Virgin Media should get fined for this. Report to Ofcom.

Similar problem. I've been politely advised to wait 14 days for it to appear on my account.
I'd be happy with a 'contract pending' note, but there is not even that.
A most unusual practice which I have never seen anywhere else. I am not happy.
