Contract renewal




I've had numerous calls onto my mobile from VM.  They only let the phone ring a couple of times and then hang up.

I call back on the 08000525306 number and get a message telling me to call back on 150.

I call 150 and get told numerous times that it is not possible to connect at that time.


My questions are, why only let the call ring a couple of rings and why can't I get an answer via 150?

Have you tried using another device to call the number?

For the benefit of the other forum users.

The caller cancels the call, not me. They only let there phone ring a few times

My phone can call other numbers so it is a VM issue.

Are you phoning from a VM landline or mobile?

Mobile is the answer, for the simple reason it was in my hand when I tried to call.  I've not tried on the landline.

I will and when I get round to it, I'll update the 'world' 😉



I think the mobile only works if it’s VM sim!!!!

That is a damn fine answer, cos I'm on O2, and not through choice, VM decision!!

I think that’s the problem as I can’t get through on the 150 number from O2!!

I'm so sorry to hear that this has happened @wilber_force you can call 150 from a Virgin landline or you can call 0345 454 1111. 

To confirm, is your current package coming to an end or have you decided to cancel? This is likely our sales team calling with a new offer.
