Contract renewal problems.
I know everyone is having problems with contract renewal links via email or text messages not working, but is there anyway I can see the potential renewal packages before I renew my contract by ringing 150?

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, with this can you confirm if you are coming to the end of your contract at all? We have had recent emails sent out in error slightly to far in advance in which the links do not work to review offers, this is a mistake and will be rectified that you will get the usual end of contract notification closer to the time of your end of contract.
