Contract renewal link does not work

I received the renewal email today and the link provided does not work. I understand that this is an ongoing issue and the 'we are aware of this...', doesn't really compute!

Yes, there aren't any offers apart from upgrades and that's not the 20% off being offered on renewal. 

Sorry to see you are not able to receive what you want on the offers ☹.

Please can you elaborate what you mean by the 20% off? Just so we can understand better and help you further.

Are you not happy with the offers shown on our website by your online account or the app?

 This is the email I received. When I go into my account, there are upgrade offers which will increase the price of my package. There is no option to review my package and have 20% discount. 

When I click on the renew your contract link, it says oops and takes me to the homepage. There is no option to renew my contract. 

Thank you for confirming and sorry to see the link still does not work ☹.

However I can see what we can do for you regarding your package.

So I can further investigate 🧐, I will have to private message you.
