Contract renewal issue

I upgraded this evening through my online account and had all the contract renewal emails and an email detailing my order with an order number but nothing is showing in my orders in either the mobile app or online.  I’d added Premier Sports and that’s not live yet either.  How long does it take to go live with the contract renewal ?.  It appears this is a common issue on here.
